The 2024 Leapfrog Hospital Survey Details Page is now available for hospitals that submitted a 2024 Leapfrog Hospital Survey by June 30 and will be refreshed monthly for hospitals that (re)submit after June 30.
On July 10, 2024, the Hospital Details Page were updated for hospitals that submitted a 2024 Survey by June 30. The Hospital Details Page contains scoring information for 2024 Leapfrog Hospital Survey submissions, including:
- Hospital teaching status pulled from NHSN in Section 1A
- Confidential stratified NTSV Cesarean Section rates and benchmarking information in Section 4B
- Data on the Vermont Oxford Network's Death or Morbidity measure in Section 4E (if applicable)
- Nurse Staffing and Skill Mix cohort used in scoring for Section 6C
- NHSN standardized infection ratios (SIRs) for the five healthcare-associated infection measures included in Section 7B
- Data on the CMS Outpatient measure (OP-32) in Section 9D (if applicable)
2024 Leapfrog Hospital Survey Results will be published on July 25 for hospitals that submitted a Survey by June 30. After July, Survey Results will be refreshed within the first five business days of each month to reflect Surveys submitted or re-submitted between July 1 and November 30, and previously submitted Surveys that are corrected by January 31. Survey Results are then frozen from February to July 25.
